Spa Policies
Booking
We require prepayment for all Spa appointments.
Any spa appointment changes or cancellations can be done by contacting the spa directly at 360-289-6003. If we do not answer your call, please leave a detailed message so we can return your call. We operate with a 48 hour and 72 hour advance cancel notification.
Reservations
Quinault Spa welcomes hotel guests as well as the public. Advance reservations are highly recommended and require prepayment with a debit or credit card to reserve this special time for you. Due to the high demand of our services and limited availability, last minute and walk-in appointments cannot be guaranteed. We do not provide spa services to persons under the age of 19. Attire For your comfort and convenience, we supply robes and sandals for use during your spa visit. You may bring your own attire if you prefer. If you are staying in our hotel you may wear the complimentary robe down to receive your spa service. We are a multi-gender facility and swimwear is required while using our steam room and dry sauna.
Check-in Information
We ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will allow you adequate time to change into our spa attire and to complete all required paperwork. Arrive at least 30 minutes in advance if you plan on using the steam room or dry sauna before spa service.
Gratuities
Our staff is comprised of the highest caliber Licensed Massage Therapists. We are committed to providing superior service to our clients and gratuities are not included in our spa service prices. 15%-20% of your service value is appropriate and can be added to your room, debit/credit card, or for your convenience envelopes are available at our spa reception desk.
48/72 Hour Cancel or Service Change Request
Since we reserve this special time for you and turn away other clients to accommodate your spa service requests we do require you to contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel your service. If you call to cancel less than 48 hours in advance a refund of prepaid service is not authorized. If you book multiple day appointments we require 72 hour advance notice to cancel.
Late Arrival or No Show
Since we reserve this special time for you and we have other clients who are scheduled to receive spa services after you we are not able to extend spa service times to accommodate your late arrival. Additionally, partial or full refunds are not authorized for late arrivals.
Alcohol / Drugs
Alcoholic beverages and drugs are not allowed in the spa. We may deny you spa service if you have consumed any alcohol/drugs less than 4 hours before your scheduled spa service. You may also be denied services if you appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you are denied spa services due to the consumption of alcohol/drugs refunds are not authorized for spa services.
Spa Groups, Spa Packages or Multiple Day
Bookings Due to current health concerns we longer offer spa group or spa packages at our facilities. Our spa sessions are limited to one 55 minute session per person per day. A group is considered 3 persons or more. At this time you may only book a spa service for yourself and one other person. The spa sessions will not exceed 55 minutes per day per person. Multiple day appointments are permitted however require a 72 hour advance cancel notice.
Personal Possessions
We are not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal articles. Lockers are provided upon availability; we recommend that you do not bring or wear jewelry or any other items of value as we will ask you to remove them for your services.
Cell Phones, Children and Tours
Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. We thank you in advance for turning off electronic devices and or cell phones and kindly request persons under the age of 19 do not accompany you during your spa visit. To respect the privacy of our spa guests we do not offer spa tours.
Guest Satisfaction
To ensure your satisfaction it is important for you to communicate your concerns and/or desired outcomes with your assigned contracted Licensed Massage Therapist. We will not issue any refund on any spa service where a client leaves the spa premises after the time of service and contacts the manager after the fact. The time for any kind of concern about any spa service is during the service and you should speak directly to the contracted Massage Therapist and the on duty Spa Coordinator who can directly handle your complaint or concerns. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to end the session immediately. Any refund request can only be authorized by the contracted Massage Therapist. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
